I need some help regarding problems i am having with my computer...

for some reason the autoplay no longer works when a disc is inserted no
media icon appears and autoplay won't start...I can hover the mouse over the
drive the media has been inserted in but apart from the size of the disc
showing no other signs of a disc are visible (no icon if a program, video or
audio disc is inserted...and no name of the disc)i have tried to go into the
registry to solve the problem buy everything seems fine the reg is set to
autoplay...

the autoplay problem stretched to usb hard drives to...no icon etc...i
managed to fix that using autofix.exe but my disc drives are still messed up
and it seems they can't be fixed

when running autofix on one of the messed up drives i get this log file...
