We are using Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2002/2003. This does
not happen to all customers, only 2 noted todate. When typing the
individual's name on any outlook client in our organization it comes up with
client's name but adds numbers at the end. As example we would type woo and
Outlook would automatically populate with our user's name with the following
-- woods, John 1234555. I have viewed AD and Exchange and the numbers don't
appear anywhere. It's not the individual's phone number or related to
anything else. Suggestions?

If they use the arrow key to migrate to that entry and press delete, does it persist?
