In the TO field, the autofill memory brings up email addresses as you type a
name. Is there a way to export this "autofill memory" to install or copy to
another computer?

This would be very helpful for my customers.
Thanks
Paul

Diane, Wow, very educational. Thanks..

I couldn't find a way to combine 2 nk2 files together. There's a way export
them to csv files, then import into outlook..which works great.

If you open the first nk2 file with nk2.info.exe, it actually combines the
two files..just adds the records at the end of the first..but there's no way
to then save that nk2 file after combining them.f

Thanks
Paul

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2009/20090212.htm for the method
you can use to add them to your autocomplete list.

You should be able to simply copy the NK2 file in %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
to the other machine, put it in the same folder, and name it to match the mail
profile being used (all with Outlook closed, of course).
