I followed the instructions on Microsoft online

1. On the computer with the saved AutoComplete names, go to drive:\Documents
and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
2.Both computers are windows XP computers. The old Pc running Office 2003,
the nwe one Office 2007.
3. In the folder on the old PC Right-clicked profile name.nk2, and then
click Copied to a disk.
4. On the new PC, copied the file to drive:\Documents and Settings\user
name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook .
5. The Profile name was the same on both computers "Outlook".
