Hello,

My boss is working on Windows 2000 with Office 2003.

The autocompletion function on emails is active and has worked. However,
recently his experience has been that the autocompletion function seems to
have "forgotten" certain names.

i.e. He types in "James" and the intended target, which was previously
present, is no longer an option.

Is this a sign of a corrupted "autocompletion" file?

Or does autocompletion automatically remove/disable address for emails that
bounce back?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi HelpNeeded310,

have a look on this site for general questions and answers of the
"autocomplete" function:
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm

Maybe it helps.

Thanks for the link... I'll see if it can help.

BTW, is my problem an autocompletion or autoresolution issue?
