I have this feature installed (under Internet Options...Content...AutoComplete) and, although I'm asked if I want to have my password saved (and I say yes) it is never retained.

Is there something I'm missing in Windows XP set up?

My problem is not outlook and it certainly used to work in XP!

The situation is that some websites require userid and password to gain entry - I have several sites that I access regularly with passwords but "windows" / internet explorer doesn't let me save them anymore.

Any other ideas?
