My computer updated Windows Vista today and now autocomplete has disappeared
from my Outlook 2003. How do I get it back?

What do you mean with "autocomplete"? The name suggestion feature when
addressing a new email?
Does it remember the last names that you have used today?
If so, you can fill the cache with your contacts as per;
http://www.msoutlook.info/question/216

If it doesn't remember any names at all, you'll have to recreate your mail
profile.
