No you didn't, because Outlook's Address Book doesn't contain anything. Your
Contacts folder, however, does. The Address Book is just a view of the
COntacts folder.

Why do you believe it's not working? The AutoCompletion feature does not
reference your contacts in any way whatsoever. It's simply a memory of the
most recent 2,000 addresses to which you've sent mail, regardless of whether
those address are in your Contacts or not. A new mail profile with a new
autocompletion file will take some time to build up a list of addresses. You
could transfer your old list from the other PC if you want, though. See this:
