Hello,

I have been having a problem with my autocomplete list being deleted
periodically. The entries will come up when typed for a few weeks and then
one day all of them will be erased and I have to type in all the email
addresses again. These are addresses that I use on a daily basis. Does
anyone know why this is happening and how I would prevent it?

Thanks!

Happens all the time. The feature is not robust or reliable. Create a new
Outlook profile to fix the problem.
