Everytime that I try and clear either autocomplete forms or passwords, my pc
freezes. How can I fix this?

I figured out how to solve this problem. I downloaded a freeware program
called Ccleaner and I ran a cleanup and it fixed whatever problem I was
having.

The registry key involved may be damaged. See this site for possible help:

Before you edit the registry, make sure you understand how to restore it if
a problem occurs. For information about how to do this, view the "Restoring
