Autocomplete delay Outlook 2007

So far, on every machine we have deployed with Office 2007, this issue has
happened. In Outlook, the autocomplete feature takes FOREVER to pull up
names. I'm talking sometimes 10-15 seconds. Doesn't sound too bad, but
let's say you have to delete a character so you backspace. You are looking
at a good 30 seconds to a minute before it processes. We do not want to turn
the feature off, but sure would like it to perform how it did in Outlook 2003
when there was hardly ever any delay.

Anyone have this problem or can give me some feedback on what I can try to
do? Thanks!
