Autocomplete cache do not work

Hi,
I am having XP Pro and Office 2003. The account is on Exchange 2003 and in
online mode. The account is roaming as well. The size of NK2 is about 1Mb
which is replicated up on the server.
From time to time the user is unable to use the Autocomplete and he has to
type the e-mails again. recently it has happened twice in a week time.
Outlook did not crash neither PC was shutdown unexpectedly.
Any suggestion will be welcomed.
