No, since Outlook doesn't have an AutoComplete feature. If you mean
AutoSuggest then yes, it relies on the nk2-file.

> How big can it be

It can hold up to a 1000 names before the oldest entry is dropped and
replaced by the latest entry.

The default location is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Any particular reason why you are searching for this file?

It's OK to call it autocompletion. The rest of the world does. The real
experts on the feature have posted some information here:
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm

Autocompletion has always been a troublesome and frail feature at best
because it was so poorly implemented by Microsoft. The developers at
Ingressor have discovered that while the NK2 data file is robust and rarely
if ever becomes corrupt, Outlook very often writes to the file incorrectly
and then loses the ability to write to it all together, which most likely is
what you're seeing. The only solution has been to create a new Outlook
profile, which then starts you over with an empty cache. Obviously, the
Ingressor software can correct the problem and retain your data. Equally
obviously, their sales are expected to do very well since Outlook craps out
so often and many organizations have become highly dependent on and
protective of their NK2 data.
