What is in the registry at the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute
It should be a REG_MULTI_SZ data type set to
autocheck autochk *
If not, set it to
autocheck autochk *
