The problem that we have at moment is that the exchange databases are filling
up very fast, and we need to reduce the size quickly. After asking clients to
housekeep their mailboxes, we decided to archive data older than 6 months. We
cannot archive their .PST folder to the hard-drive as the clients are roaming
and may use a different computer every day of the week. With having the .PST
files on the network, we get a backup of them daily. If there are any
alternatives, i would be interested in them.
