my little auto window that pops up (what do you want to do, or take no
action) after I insert a cd or memory card does not pop up anymore after I
installed a trial version of Adobe photoshop. How do I get this auto window
back. I'm using xp media

This might help: Click Start, Run and type:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy
