I keep a laste update date on each of my web~pages and am currently have to
remember to change the date whenever I work on the page. Is there a utility
or code out there that will do this automatically? The date should only
change when I actually make a change to a page.

Put your mouse where you want it to appear and then, from the toolbar choose
Insert, Date Time and choose "Date this page was last edited". Then every
time you save the page it will update the date.
