Hard to say without any Outlook configuration information. Post at least
your version of Outlook and the mail account type that you use.
What method did you use to create the signature?
Have you verified that the logo still exists in the location you reference
to in your signature?

Additionally see http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/signatures.htm

May not be related but I'm having problems too.
When I launch a new email with my default signature I get an error
message box pop up...

"One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:
1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls
on this page, or 2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the
controls. As a result, the page may not display correctly."

I click OK then my signature appears as it should with an added little
square that just gets in the way. I've researched the best I can.

I wonder if our problems may be similar and if this error message pops
up for you or at lease may help in your solution.
