Auto Shutdown on Error in RPC while running MSN Explorer

's Computer Specifications

Sporadically receive an auto shutdown in 60 seconds due to
error in Remote Procedure Call (RPC). It only happens
when I am in MSN Explorer via dialup. Can anyone help?

I saw a similar error and the cause was a virus. Scan the
computer.
