Hi there
Outlook2003
When I type a new Email address for immediate use, lLater, this new Email is
showing up thanks to auto completion - normal
If I turn off the computer and reload Outlook, the new entered Email is not
longer available, it has not been saved.
What do I have to click on to get this auto save?

Can anyone help me to solve this situation?
Thanks

This means
1. Your autocompletion cache (NK2 file) has been set to read only or
2. You have a corrupt profile.
Both are easily fixed. If the first doesn't apply, create a new profile from
scratch.

Thanks Russ
NK2 file is not setup to read only, but I noticed the last saving date is
four month ago. This means that outlook is not finding this NK2 file, is
there a way to verify if outlook is pointing the right place for NK2

Regarding the profile, I setup a new one as described in an earlier answer,
but I end up with a additionnal outlook folder / branch tree on the left side
of the screen, which is not really good for operation

Then you did not set up the new profile correctly. There is no reason to
have an extra set of PST files. Set your former PST file as the default and
then close the new one the new profile created.
