I used to get a autorun program prompt, choose which action to take, when I
put in a CD. I clicked on do the action by default. Now the menu doesn't
come up. Can someone tell me how to get the pop up to come back when
inserting cd/dvd or removable media? I have the drive autorun enabled, I
just want to be able to select the program it uses.

Go to the properties for the drive. On the AutoPlay page of properties,
select Prompt for each media type in the drop down list.
