Is there any way to auto set (within the web site) to open the explorer
window to it's full size on screen?
I dont mean take over the screen - but just as though you'd clicked the
restore Up .
I had someone having great difficulty getting past page one (intro) of
a web site.... ?????? only to discover they don't alway have there
explorer window open to full view (restore-up) and they again... didnt
realise they needed to scroll down a couple of lines to see the "enter"
button ~~ yeah.. I know .. I know... but sometimes ya just have to
make these things fool-proof!
they'd been to the site before...! with no problem and knew the "enter"
button to click ~ this time.. and for a week!!! the explorer window ws
not open up full.. didnt see the button.. and couldnt go any further!!
untill it was pointed out to... er.. scroll down a little!!!

you should lay out your elements within a dive or table set to % for height
and width.

maybe after your welcome screen loads, you can use a refresh to push them
forward as if they'd clicked the link. like maybe 15 seconds delay?

There really is nothing you can do for folks like this, short of making sure that you page appears
to have additional content, below say, 600 pixels.
