Auto reply using Rules in Outlook 2007

I need help with the following scenario

When I receive a message with the subject MBA or information I need it to
auto reply saying for MBA Queries please contact Mr...... and MIT Queries
please contact Mr......

Appreciate an urgent reply

You can create a rule for that with the condition "with specific words in
the subject" and the action "reply using a specific template".

I dont know where i went wrong, but the rule did not work
We use Outlook through Microsoft Exchange
