I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and I am trying to set-up an auto
reply for emails coming from two specific domains @xxx.com. Is this possible
or does anyone know of a third party solution?

Provided the Exchange server is configured to permit auto-replies to
external addresses, then yes you could configure a rule to reply using a
template. I believe it is a client-side rule so Outlook would need to
remain open to do so.
