You mean a Windows Active Directory distribution group?

You can't; the auto-reply replies to address specified in the Reply-To field
of the message being sent to the mailbox with the auto-reply set on it. If
this is User A, it will be sent to User A and not to any distribution list
that he/she might be a member of.
