Hi Diane,

I go to Rules and Alerts, click on New Rule then, following the prompts, I
choose the person I want to receive the automated response and what I want to
happen to the message. I already created the template I want to use, and it's
in my Documents folder. When I click on the specified template link, I get
taken to many folders, but nowhere can I locate the template I created.

Select user templates in file system from the dropdown then browse to your
my docs folder. Pull the scroll bar up to the top of the folder list to make
it easier.

Hi,

I have been using a program called Auto Reply Manager which works as
an add-in for Outlook.
You can set from there to Auto Reply to a specific person, to all the
emails received trough an account or into a specifc folder.
You can download the trial version or you can purchase it from
www.emailaddressmanager.com

Kind Regards,
Andrew Smith

I've done that, but no individual files are visible, only folders. Nothing
inside them displays.

Hi Diane,

Still no luck. When I click the drop down menu to browse my Docs folder,
there are no files visible, other than other folders. I've created a new
template for the message I want to use as auto-reply, but I can't locate it.
Very frustrating.

BTW, I have subscribed to your Outlook Tips newsletter. Good stuff. Thanks.
