We are changing e-mail addresses. I want to be able to reply to those e-mail
sent to me with the old address. I can create a rule that recognizes these
e-mails. Where I am challenged is in creating a template that will be sent
back.

Any helping hands out there or good sites to walk me through it.

why not just use the "reply with a specific message" option, anything beyond
that gets complicated.
