Auto reply rule stopped working!

A user has two email addresses defined on the exchange server. One their
corp email account and the other a generic address to receive incoming
resumes (recruiter@...). For the generic address I need the auto reply to
send out a specific email.

I had a client-side rule set up so that emails addressed to the generic
address would respond with the specific template. This rule has worked for
several years. Suddenly it stopped working. I tried deleting and re-adding
the rule, but no dice.

Not sure what to do here. Any ideas?
