Auto reply message goes to outbox and says message not sent

I am using the auto reply version 2.0 I have everything set up but when i
test it from another account i dont receive anything and when i go back to my
outlook account my auto reply message is there in the outbox and it says
message has not been sent. When I click send nothing hapens I just cant send
any emails though outlook
