Check with your ISP. They may offer this option for you.
Be advised that if you were to setup an auto-reply routine on your home computer, it would have to be running 24/7 while you were gone and there's a good likelihood that it would be validating your address to any spammers that got through to your system in your absence. -- Google is your friend.....
