I have looked for the answer to this but can't find a solution.

What i want is for outlook to reply to emails sent to a specific address
buy sending them a pdf.

Ie
mail is sent to (E-Mail Removed).
Outlook receives the mail and automatically replies to the sender with a
thank you email and a pdf file attached.

I have looked thought the help files and at the office web site but i
can't see the answer, mind you it's probably just me not seeing the
answer right in front of my face

Any ideas suggestions etc are greatly welcome

You need to create a reply message that contains the file you want to send,
as an attachment and a rule (Tools | Rules and Alerts) that looks for that
sender and responds with the reply message. The details depend on whether
you're using Exchange and want the server to reply or if you need the rule to
run on the Outlook client. In either

Got it all running the way we wanted. As usual the answer was right in
front of me i just couldn't see it for looking.
