How can I set up an auto reply only to emails that have an attachment in
Outlook 2007?

Seems like somebody (you?) asked this very same question here just an hour
and a half later. Anyhow, Diane already answered it - use the Rules Wizard,
but beware that messages with images in the signature (for example) may
trigger that rule too.
