Auto reply for certain accounts possible in Exchange 2007 or Outlook 2007...?

We'd like to setup an auto reply to an account in exchange.. Is the
best way to do this, using the out of office assistant in Outlook, or
is there a cleaner way of doing this? (IE: I think outlook prompts
you every time you launch outlook to turn this off if it is on)..

Perhaps a server side blurb that can be set and sent each time
someone
emails the account (from offsite)?
