Using regedit (start>run>regedit) and go to this section
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\Explorer\Advanced]
"NoNetCrawling"=dword:00000000
Check that the dword, nonetcrawling is set as above, if
its set to 00000001 change it to 0 and auto refresh will
work again.
