Hi,

For some reason new email message arrive auto-previewed even though auto-
preview is set to off. It's as though auto-preview turns itself on every
time new mail arrives, does anyone know how to correct this behaviour?

Reset the view on the folder
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View-> Reset Current View

Sorry, when I go to:

View-> Current View-> Customize Current View

I don't see "Reset Current View", any ideas?

Use Define Views... instead and reset the Messages View. Then apply the
Messages view to your Inbox folder
