Hi All,

One of the users at my orangization has some issues with Outlook 2003. When
the user starts to type an email address or contact in the To: field,
outlook usually fills in the rest since the user has sent messages to this
contact before. Now all of a sudden, Outlook is no longer doing this.

All of our users are joined to SBS 2003 domain running exchange 2003 SP2.
None of the other users have this problem. Any help or advise will be much
appreciated.

Posted here nearly every day. Outlook frequently loses its connection to the
autocompletion cache. The only fix without using third party software is to
create a new profile and rebuild a new cache. Those organizations who
unwisely rely on their autocompletion cache as if it were a data source are
well advised to invest in third party software to maintain it as such.
