Auto Play on CD Drives

On both CD-ROM and CD-RW drives, unable to get
them to auto-play when insert disk. Have enabled under
TweakUI and set properties on each drive to default. Can't
figure out what I'm doing wrong. Was working okay until
few days ago. Any help much appreciated.
