The situation here is that we have several shared calendars within our
company. Some of them are used to book things like boardrooms, or lcd
projectors for example. Is there a way to have an email automatically sent
out to a specific user when someone books a time in one of those calendars?

Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions are welcome.
