Had I not already tried to reset the profile without success I would not have
replied to your original comment. I'm not sure what the feature is called
that I described to you. That's why I gave you what I thought might be a
better description so that you could further help. I CAN see your answer,
but I have already tried that. Since I began using this version of Outlook
(2003) I have never been able to use the feature beyond a shut down of
Outlook. I just thought maybe there is something else causing the problem.
