can any one help me in sending a mail like good morning mail kind of thing
automatically when i open my outlook to a specified persons...

and one more question

i have created a folder with name forward if i want to every mail in that
folder to be sent to a specified distribution list automatically how to do
that?

like in case of outbox any mail which goes to out box will be sent to the
spcified persons automatically and the mail will get saved into the sent
item. so want to create a similar folder but to the same specified
distribution list

can any one help me please

you definitely will need to do some vba programming to achieve that...

You could create a message each night before closing Outlook and schedule it
for delivery the next morning. I con't think of how to do it automatically.
Certainly unmodified Outlook can't do it.

You could create a rule that CCs a distribution list on every sent message.
