HI

I one of seveal administrators and we manage our own mailboxes/calenders and
also a joint one.
When we create appointments in the joint calender we normally clcik on the
invite attendees and then thye each other names in this so that any of us can
replay to say that we are un/available. however this sometimes has been
forgotten and can get quite tedious for every appointment. Does anyone know
ho to set a rule or a funtion so that whenever an appointment is made is is
always sent to server attednees without having to remember each one all the
time??

Thanks in advance
