As part of my job i am one of around 7 people who monitor a joint e-mail
account. Everytime we set up a meeting in this folder we currently have to
invite all 7 people so that everyone gets the invite and then they can
reject/accept the meeting so that someone is covering it. Does anyone know of
a way so that everytime we go to set up a meeting it will automatically sernd
the invites to these people. there are times (especially when in a rush)
where people (myself included) organise the meeting place it in the public
folder but forget to invite the other attendees.
many thanks in advance.

Create a custom meeting request form with the addresses filled in, to use
when you make appointments from this folder? You'll still need to remember
to use the form but it will save some steps.

tried that but it actually makes the process longer. Its easier to select the
date and time directly on the computer than to calculate it and enter it on
the form. I've managed to quciken it up by placing the names in a distrbution
list. but it unfortunatly doesn't get over my failing memory!!
