Auto Installation

I have an old program that I would like to create an auto installation for.
I had used sysdiff in the past for Windows 2000. Our company is starting to
use Windows XP. Is there a similar utility in XP? Or does anyone have a
better idea for doing this? Some way that I can script the installation or
create an MSI type installation?
