does any one know how to set the delay time for the auto hide feature of the
toolbars such as taskbar or desktop bar?

for ex. I like having a clean desktop with no icons so i disabled the "V" on
the show deskto icons and palced the desktop bar on the side of the screen -
now i just need to find a way to set the delay time of the auto hiding for
the desktop toolbar.

any one?

Speed Up Menu Display

Manual Edit: Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop In the right pane select,
"MenuShowDelay". Right click, modify and set the value to 0. Reboot.

TweakUI/Mouse/Menu speed/Move glider to fast/Reboot.

Or run the edit on line 68

hi kelly,
sorry but it didnt worked. this MenuShowDelay paramter is effecting only the
start menu time. its not effecting the delay of the auto hide feature of the
taskbar and desktop bar.

line 68 in the site you gave is and app to Set Volume Per
Program/Application. not usefull also - although i find an old app from Sep.
1999 but i dont looking for third party programs.

any one else?
