Auto forwarding of Messages

I am working at a client site and I am using their Outlook email system. I
want to forward the mail I receive in their system to my personal email box.
So, I've set up a rule to do that. The forwarded mail goes to the "Sent"
folder but it never arrives in my personal email box. Any ideas?
