I set up my e-mail to be auto forwarded to my work e-mail. Now I want to
cancel it. I have deleted the "rules and alerts" but they are still going to
my work e-mail. Does anyone know how to stop this.

How would anyone know from the lack of details that you have provided?

Outlook version? Type of rule? Specific rule parameters?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, JoAnn asked:

excuss me Outlook version 2003, All I remember doing was setting up rules and
alerts on the IN-Box to forward any message specifically to me to my work
computer e-mail. I had to use my work computer which is wireless while I was
in the hospital having breast cancer surgery. Now I am back at home and can
use my home computer but all e-mails are also going to my work computer. I
deleted the rules and alerts entry, but I still get these at work. I tried
to block me (my e-mail Outlook) for coming in on the work e-mail but they
still come. Short of deleting the Outlook program and using something else
I'm stuck.
