Hi,
I own 2 PDLs and I have cancelled (disabled) the PDL1. Now if someone writes
email to PDL1 then I want to direct this to PDL2. How is this possible? I
tried to set the Rule to redirect but it didn’t work.

I think all the rules work only after receiving the emails but in this case
the PDL1 is already disabled and so the emails are not forwarding to PDL2, So
how to I achieve this.

Regards,
Babu

What exactly do you mean with a PDL?
Where are these located and how where they created?

If you mean that these a "Public Distribution Lists" they are actually mail
enabled groups within Active Directory. Simply remove the email address from
the PDL1 object (or delete the entire object) and add it as a secondary
email address to the PDL2 object.

Note that this doesn't involve Outlook.

Hi Roady,
Yes I mean Public Distribution Lists. Your suggestion to remove all email
ids and add it as secondary email to PDL2 will work, but i have to remove
(disable) the PDL1 and thats why i to know how to redirect all emails that
was sent to PDL1 to PDL2. How to acheive this?
Regards,
Babu
