How to auto forward an email with explanation

I would like to auto-forward specific messages to specific people, but I
would like to inlcude an explanation of why it is auto-forwarded to them in
my forwarding message. Currently, my auto-forwarded email only has my
signature, but no opportunity to include text in my forwarding message. Can
this be done in Outlook 2007?
