Auto Formatting Multiple folders at once

Hello,
MS OUTLOOK 2003 on XP PRO.

I have recently discovered how to autoformat email in my inbox, such that an
email sent only to me shows up with blue font etc.

Is there any way to cascade this formatting to all personal folders? I
don't want to have to set this up individually for every folder in my email.

Thanks.

I understand the idea of the link but I can't figure out how to setup and
save the messages view as a template. I go in, Modify it, it looks like it
is saved, but then It doesn't work and I go back to look at the settings, and
the messages template is untouched.

VIEW--> Arrange by --> Current View --> Define Views
Click on Messages then Modify.

Suggestions?

You might want to start with resetting your views as the link indicates to
get rid of all the individual modified views you have right now. After that,
when you make changes to the view, it will apply to all folders in that
view.
