auto-enlarge font in incoming emails - how? (going blind)

I think the subject line just about says it - the auto-enlarge fonts button
isn't much help, and the magnifier is not user-friendly for an 84-year old
with macular degeneration.

Ideally, I need someone to write me a rule for the rules wizrd which says
"any emails addressed to my inbox should automatically have the font changed
to Tahoma 18 point" - but I don't know how.
